Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add your favorite pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
  2. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a plate and drain excess grease, leaving drippings in the skillet.
  3. Increase heat and add lean ground beef to the skillet with drippings. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Transfer to the plate with bacon.
  4. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent.
  5. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss cooked pasta, browned beef, and crispy bacon into the skillet. Mix gently to coat pasta in the sauce and warm through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and optional jalapeños.
