Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives chopped
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce leaves separated

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Gently fold in the halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and chopped chives.
  3. Take a large romaine lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the chicken salad mixture into the center.
  4. Wrap the lettuce around the filling, securing it like a taco. Repeat with the remaining leaves and filling.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for a refreshing taste.
