- Start by placing the white chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 1 minute, then stir. Return to microwave and heat in 20-second intervals until completely melted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, Lucky Charms cereal, and half of the green M&M's. Gently mix with a spatula.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the dry mixture and stir continuously until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading it into a single layer. Sprinkle remaining green M&M's and Lucky Charms marshmallows on top.
- Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate hardens completely.
- Once set, break the Leprechaun Bait into bite-sized pieces using your hands.
