  • 2 cups Pretzel sticks Any pretzel shape is a fun substitute.
  • 2 cups Lucky Charms cereal The heart of the mix.
  • 1 cup Green M&M’s Feel free to mix with different candy colors.
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms Marshmallows Mini marshmallows can be used as an alternative.
For the Coating
  • 1 pound White chocolate almond bark Chocolate chips can be used as a substitute.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by placing the white chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 1 minute, then stir. Return to microwave and heat in 20-second intervals until completely melted, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, Lucky Charms cereal, and half of the green M&M's. Gently mix with a spatula.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the dry mixture and stir continuously until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading it into a single layer. Sprinkle remaining green M&M's and Lucky Charms marshmallows on top.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate hardens completely.
  6. Once set, break the Leprechaun Bait into bite-sized pieces using your hands.
