Step-by-Step Instructions for Korean Beef Bibimbap Bowl
  1. Cook the short-grain rice as per package instructions for around 20 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the browned beef for 5 more minutes.
  4. Sauté carrots, zucchini, spinach, and bean sprouts in sesame oil over medium heat for about 7 minutes.
  5. Fry eggs sunny-side up for around 3 minutes in a clean skillet.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, and top with a fried egg.
