  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
