Step-by-Step Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook for approximately 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula as it browns. Aim for the beef to be fully cooked, with no pink remaining.
- Sauté the Onions: Once the beef is cooked through, add the diced onion to the skillet. Sauté for about 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently until the onions become soft and translucent.
- Mix in Flavorful Ingredients: Stir in the chopped dill pickles, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper. Allow these ingredients to cook together for about 2 minutes, mixing well.
- Create the Creamy Base: Lower the heat to medium-low and add the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and plain Greek yogurt to the skillet. Stir continuously for around 3–5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Assemble and Serve: Remove the skillet from heat and top with a handful of shredded lettuce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve warm in bowls or use low-carb wraps.

Notes
Make sure cream cheese is softened before mixing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Consider adding sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra nutrition.
