Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir in the lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Add the cooked shrimp and garlic mixture to the bowl and gently fold to combine.
  7. Transfer the shrimp mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
