  • 1 tablespoon Swerve Confectioner's Sugar For sweetness without carbs.
  • 1 teaspoon Horseradish Sauce Omit if milder taste is preferred.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika For color and smokiness.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Portion out 8 circles of shredded Swiss cheese on the baking sheet, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  3. Bake the cheese circles for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and bubbly, then let cool.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve sugar, horseradish sauce, and paprika until smooth.
  5. Layer slices of corned beef and sauerkraut on the cooled cheese circles and drizzle with dressing.
  6. Fold the cheese over the filling and allow the roll-ups to cool for a few minutes.
