- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Portion out 8 circles of shredded Swiss cheese on the baking sheet, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
- Bake the cheese circles for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and bubbly, then let cool.
- Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve sugar, horseradish sauce, and paprika until smooth.
- Layer slices of corned beef and sauerkraut on the cooled cheese circles and drizzle with dressing.
- Fold the cheese over the filling and allow the roll-ups to cool for a few minutes.
