- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the jumbo shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
