Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey BBQ Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, whole milk, seasoned breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Add ground beef, pork, and the onion-garlic mixture to the bowl, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing down gently.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, grape jelly, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Spread one-third of the glaze over the meatloaf.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, keeping an eye on it for browning.
  8. After 45 minutes, spread another third of the glaze on top and continue baking for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with remaining glaze drizzled on top.
