Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ricotta cheese with thawed and well-drained spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Place lasagna sheets on top of the marinara sauce, ensuring they don’t overlap. Spoon one portion of the ricotta-spinach mixture over the noodles, followed by mozzarella and marinara sauce.
  5. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
  6. Cover the lasagna with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let the lasagna cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
