- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.

- Slice the pastry into 1-inch strips and twist each strip into a spiral shape.
- Whisk the egg and brush the egg wash over each twist.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
