- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick spray or butter to prevent sticking.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and remaining mini marshmallows. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the graham cracker cereal until evenly coated.
- Fold in broken pieces of Hershey's chocolate and reserved mini marshmallows.
- Scrape the mixture into the greased pan, pressing down firmly with parchment paper.
- Allow to set at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
