  3. Create small indentations in the center of each pastry circle using your thumb or the back of a spoon.
  4. Fill each indentation with about 1 tablespoon of soft goat cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Drizzle warm pastries with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
