- In a small bowl, combine melted unsalted butter with minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and paprika. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Pat steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice slider buns in half and toast the cut sides in the skillet until golden brown.
- Thinly slice the rested steak against the grain and layer on the bottom half of each bun. Add cowboy butter and optional toppings before sealing with the bun lid.
