For the Cowboy Butter

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard Adds tanginess.
  • 0.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Adjust for heat preference.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice Fresh is best.
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika For depth of flavor.
  • 0.25 tsp Salt & Black Pepper Adjust as needed.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine melted unsalted butter with minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and paprika. Season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Pat steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and toast the cut sides in the skillet until golden brown.
  5. Thinly slice the rested steak against the grain and layer on the bottom half of each bun. Add cowboy butter and optional toppings before sealing with the bun lid.
  6. Serve immediately with additional cowboy butter on the side.
