Caramel Glaze
  • 1 cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, and milk.
  3. Gradually combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until smooth.
  4. Peel, core, and chop your apples into small pieces, then fold them gently into the batter.
  5. Line your cupcake pan with paper liners and fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over each cupcake.
