Preparation

  4. Fry the chicken pieces in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Assemble sliders by layering crispy fried chicken between buns and drizzling with Bang Bang sauce. Add desired toppings.
