Step-by-Step Instructions for Bacon Fig Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C), place mini pizza crusts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Brush olive oil over the flatbreads and sprinkle garlic powder evenly, bake for 5–8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Spread fig preserves on each crust, leaving a ½ inch border to prevent sogginess.
  5. Distribute crispy bacon and sliced figs over the fig preserves, sprinkle goat cheese and shaved Parmesan on top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 5–8 minutes until cheese melts and is golden.
  7. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Serve hot.
