Step-by-Step Instructions for Bacon Fig Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C), place mini pizza crusts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush olive oil over the flatbreads and sprinkle garlic powder evenly, bake for 5–8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Spread fig preserves on each crust, leaving a ½ inch border to prevent sogginess.
- Distribute crispy bacon and sliced figs over the fig preserves, sprinkle goat cheese and shaved Parmesan on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5–8 minutes until cheese melts and is golden.
- Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Serve hot.
