Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the tube of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each into a disc shape, about ½ inch thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper to make the filling.
  4. Take a flattened biscuit and add a spoonful of the cheese mixture to the center. Fold and pinch the edges to shape into a pumpkin.
  5. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and paprika. Brush this mixture over each stuffed pumpkin.
  6. Place the pumpkins on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the pumpkins cool slightly, then insert pretzel sticks for 'stems' and serve with marinara sauce.
