- Open the tube of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each into a disc shape, about ½ inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper to make the filling.
- Take a flattened biscuit and add a spoonful of the cheese mixture to the center. Fold and pinch the edges to shape into a pumpkin.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and paprika. Brush this mixture over each stuffed pumpkin.
- Place the pumpkins on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the pumpkins cool slightly, then insert pretzel sticks for 'stems' and serve with marinara sauce.
