- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten the refrigerated biscuit dough in a greased pizza pan to form a crust and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cook the ground breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove sausage while keeping drippings in the pan.
- In the same skillet, whisk the flour into the drippings for about 2 minutes, then gradually whisk in the milk until thickened. Stir in the cooked sausage.
- Scramble the eggs in another skillet for 3-4 minutes until just set, then set aside.
- Spread the gravy over the biscuit crust, layer scrambled eggs on top, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake the assembled pizza for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with chives. Slice and serve warm.
