Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten the refrigerated biscuit dough in a greased pizza pan to form a crust and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the ground breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove sausage while keeping drippings in the pan.
  3. In the same skillet, whisk the flour into the drippings for about 2 minutes, then gradually whisk in the milk until thickened. Stir in the cooked sausage.
  4. Scramble the eggs in another skillet for 3-4 minutes until just set, then set aside.
  5. Spread the gravy over the biscuit crust, layer scrambled eggs on top, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake the assembled pizza for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with chives. Slice and serve warm.
