Ingredients

For the Sliders
  • 12 rolls Hawaiian rolls Perfectly sweet and soft, these serve as the ideal base.
  • 6 oz ham thinly sliced; turkey is a lighter alternative.
  • 5 oz salami thinly sliced; prosciutto can work beautifully too.
  • 5 oz pepperoni thinly sliced; feel free to omit if you prefer a milder taste.
  • 9 slices provolone cheese Melts beautifully for that gooey texture; mozzarella can be swapped in.
  • cup pepperoncini sliced; mild banana peppers can substitute for less heat.
  • cup pickled hot cherry peppers sliced; roasted red peppers are a milder option.
  • ¼ cup salted butter melted; olive oil makes a lighter alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Elevates the overall flavor; use dried herbs like oregano or basil.
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed; fresh garlic is preferred over jarred versions.
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for serving, optional; consider ranch or other dips for variety.
