Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add minced garlic and spices to the beef, then drizzle hot honey and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Fry eggs sunny-side up in a nonstick pan for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice/quinoa, beef, sweet potatoes, avocado, cheese, and top with a fried egg.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
