Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour the honey-soy mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and stir to combine.
