Method
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, red onion, and walnuts (if using) to the bowl. Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding more honey or mustard if desired.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
