- In a medium bowl, whisk together cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Gradually pour the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold the beaten eggs into the combined mixture.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour the corn mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, looking for a golden-brown top and a clean toothpick insert.
