Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sriracha, and sesame oil until fully combined. Set the sauce aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced kielbasa and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until they turn bright green. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam for another 2 minutes.
- Push the broccoli to one side of the skillet and add the shrimp to the other side in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink.
- Return the sausage to the skillet, stir to combine, and pour the honey garlic sauce over. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley and sesame seeds, and serve directly from the pan or over rice or noodles.
