Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the honey BBQ sauce until fully coated.
Return the coated wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
