Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Garlic: Peel and finely mince about 1 cup of fresh garlic (10-12 cloves). Set aside.
  2. Melt Butter: In a medium saucepan, melt ¼ cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it bubbles (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add Olive Oil: Stir in ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil to the melted butter and mix well.
  4. Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the saucepan, sauté on low heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
