- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Prepare your baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly oiling it.
- Peel and slice the apples into thin pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine the apple slices with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Soak each rice paper sheet individually in warm water for about 10 to 15 seconds until soft.
- Place a softened rice paper sheet on a flat surface. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the apple mixture into the center and roll it tightly.
- Repeat until all rice paper sheets are filled and rolled. Place the rolls on the prepared baking pan.
- Brush both sides of each roll with cooking oil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or powdered sugar.
