Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook for 6-8 minutes until fully browned.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add the well-drained frozen spinach and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Lower the heat and gently fold in the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until melted and combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture into your greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle a layer of breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
