Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
  6. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  7. Divide the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced chicken, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing evenly among the tortillas.
  8. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  9. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
