Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and herbs to create a zesty marinade. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and cover. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then toss them in olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes until tender.
  3. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Allow to rest before slicing.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
