  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Fresh parsley can enhance flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat between 375°F and 400°F.
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on one side, flip, and continue cooking for another 6-7 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Steam broccoli for 4-5 minutes until tender and vibrant.
  5. Mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken and assemble bowls with broccoli, chicken, and creamy garlic sauce.
