Method
 

Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in grated Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips. In serving bowls, layer sautéed broccoli and top with chicken. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top.
