Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer or broiler to high, around 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the ciabatta horizontally to create two halves.
- Mix softened butter with pesto and parsley; spread on the cut sides of the ciabatta.
- Toast the ciabatta halves in the air fryer or under the broiler for about 5–10 minutes.
- Layer the cooked ham, spicy salami, and pancetta on one half, then add tomato and kosher salt.
- Top with slices of Monterey Jack cheese; return to heat for another 2–3 minutes until melted.
- Add black pepper and slaw on top; close with the other ciabatta half.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve warm.
