Step-by-Step Instructions for S’mores Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix salted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in graham cracker pieces, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
