Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
  2. Unfold phyllo dough and cover with a damp towel. Layer seven sheets of phyllo, brushing with melted butter between each.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the phyllo base, then layer remaining phyllo sheets on top, brushing each with melted butter.
  5. Score the top layers lightly with a knife. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle honey over the warm pie and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before slicing.
