  • 20 Plain Toothpicks Soak in water before use

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the toothpicks in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. On the baking sheet, place a slice of beef kielbasa and top with a pineapple chunk.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and pineapple juice.
  5. Coat each bite with the glaze and secure with a soaked toothpick.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until caramelized and golden.
