Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and dried Italian herbs evenly over the pork chops.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
