  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk Use plant-based for dairy-free.
For the Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Can substitute with margarine.
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan For glaze.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Optional garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a lined baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and milk until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place onto the prepared baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the top is golden.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add additional Parmesan and fresh parsley; let thicken.
  6. Brush glaze over cooked meatloaf and return to oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
