- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and milk until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place onto the prepared baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the top is golden.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add additional Parmesan and fresh parsley; let thicken.
- Brush glaze over cooked meatloaf and return to oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
