Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, gently combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and eggs. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk, mixing until evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan and shape it into a uniform loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) and the top is golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in additional Parmesan and parsley until the glaze thickens.
- Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the meatloaf and garnish with fresh parsley before serving with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
