Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and eggs. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk, mixing until evenly incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan and shape it into a uniform loaf.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) and the top is golden brown.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in additional Parmesan and parsley until the glaze thickens.
  6. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice the meatloaf and garnish with fresh parsley before serving with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
