- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the shredded cheese with the beef until melted, then cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough on a floured surface until 4 inches in diameter.
- Spoon about a tablespoon of the beef-cheese mixture into each dough piece. Pinch dough edges to seal.
- Place each dough ball seam-side down on the baking sheet with space in between.
- Melt the butter, mix in the minced garlic and parsley, then brush over each bomb.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops of each bomb.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
