  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or pepper jack
For the Dough
  • 1 can Biscuit Dough or substitute with crescent dough
For the Topping
  • 4 tablespoons Butter unsalted recommended
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic fresh garlic preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley optional for garnish
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese or use a vegan alternative

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese with the beef until melted, then cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough on a floured surface until 4 inches in diameter.
  5. Spoon about a tablespoon of the beef-cheese mixture into each dough piece. Pinch dough edges to seal.
  6. Place each dough ball seam-side down on the baking sheet with space in between.
  7. Melt the butter, mix in the minced garlic and parsley, then brush over each bomb.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops of each bomb.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
