Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for another minute to combine the flavors.
Add the chicken thighs to the skillet, searing them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, then bring the mixture to a simmer.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
