Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cleaning the fresh cauliflower and cutting it into uniform florets for even cooking. Slice mushrooms and mince cloves of garlic.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil along with butter. Allow to warm until shimmering.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets, sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden and tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Mix in the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired. Toss gently, then garnish with fresh herbs.
