- Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper. Melt butter over medium-high heat in a skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add steak bites and sear until browned.
- Boil salted water in a pot, add tortellini, cook according to package instructions for 4-5 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add heavy cream, bring to a simmer while scraping the pan. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Gently add drained tortellini to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce, then add steak bites and stir gently for 1-2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve immediately, drizzling any leftover garlic butter over the top. Optionally garnish with parsley or extra Parmesan.
