  • 1 pound Steak (sirloin or ribeye) High-quality cut for tenderness
  • 3 tablespoons Butter For sautéing
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
Tortellini
  • 10 ounces Fresh Tortellini Cheese-filled
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation
  1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper. Melt butter over medium-high heat in a skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add steak bites and sear until browned.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot, add tortellini, cook according to package instructions for 4-5 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add heavy cream, bring to a simmer while scraping the pan. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently add drained tortellini to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce, then add steak bites and stir gently for 1-2 minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Serve immediately, drizzling any leftover garlic butter over the top. Optionally garnish with parsley or extra Parmesan.
