Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Lower the heat, add butter to the skillet to melt, then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced zucchini to the skillet, stir to coat in garlic butter, and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Return steak bites to the skillet, toss with zucchini and garlic butter for 1-2 minutes, and serve immediately.
