Preparation Steps

  4. Roast Garlic: Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap garlic in foil with oil and roast for 30-40 minutes until golden and soft.
  5. Shape Rolls: Punch down the dough, roll it out, and spread softened butter, garlic paste, parsley, and mozzarella. Roll tightly and cut into 9 pieces.
