Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce, and a dash of smoked paprika.
  5. Warm your tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
