- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine one room temperature egg, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 scoop of protein powder, ¾ cup of coconut sugar, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly across the bottom.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, starting to check at 18 minutes for doneness.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
