  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, shredded imitation crab meat, diced avocado, and chopped green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes for a cooler taste.
